What is desperation?
1. An unquenchable yearning after a well-defined objective.
2. Desire on fire.
3. Desire under pressure.
4. Desire beyond conviction.

Things to know about desperation.
1. Men of great desires are men of great discoveries.
2. Desperation is the secret of revelation.
You will never get insight on a subject you don't have interest.
Anything that does not concern you, God will never bother you with it.
3. Desperation is the secret of attraction.
What you desire you will attract and acquire.
If your heart does not matter, you will never matter on earth.
If your heart does not matter, you will never matter on earth.
Heavy matters in the heart of a man cause him to matter heavily in his generation.

What are the secrets of desperation?
1. Perception of need.
You must perceive a need in your life and that need will trigger desperation.
2. Connection to God.
The closer you are to God, He will continue to drop things in your heart.
3. Inspiration from people of impact.
There must be somebody in a particular field that must be inspiring you.
There is somebody ahead of you that God wants you to look up to in order to draw inspiration.
4. Assimilation from association.
Where your life is surrounded by the right people.
Not NFA people (No Future Ambition) People who are not going anywhere.
5. Revelation from the scriptures.
The scriptures give you a picture of your future.

What are the boosters of desperation?
1. The key of fasting and praying.
Fasting not only intensifies physical hunger but spiritual hunger also.
2. The right environment.
3. Persistent pursuit.
Arrival mentality is the abortion of many destinies.
People who have arrived too soon will die before their time.
